I’ve never written a review before, but if I’m going to start writing reviews about something it’s going to be about the Nike Training Club App. The Nike Training Club app is a free app offered to both android and iphone users that provides you with a plethora of different types of workouts. From yoga to strength training to cardio to a combination of these. There is also a NTC community that you can join through the app for more motivation. This app is great for anyone, whether you’re a beginner or basically an expert and anything in between. This app offers something for everyone. It’s helped me so much since I’ve downloaded it. There have been days where I have no idea what I want to do for a work out or I don’t have very much time to do an hour workout, and I’ll just go to this app and find something fun, challenging, and quick. The times of the work out range from 10 minutes – 45 minutes.

When you download this app there is no reason for you not to work out because there are built in workouts (for home or the gym) in your phone that don’t have to take up too much time at all.

This app is a 10/10 for me. If you’ve been wanting to download a fitness app I highly recommend this one. If you know of any other apps you like or are interested in leave them in the comments below.
