A lot of people don’t really like to meal prep because they get tired of eating the same exact thing for every meal, every day. They believe that the only way to get variety is to spend a lot of money on a lot of different foods, but that is not always the case.

This is a great meal if you are trying to get into the veggie noodle thing but haven’t yet grown a liking to them, it makes the transition easy. It also is an easy way to get your protein, carbs, and veggies in.

A question I got on my last post asked me what I changed about my diet completely, so I’ve decided I’m going to do this in multiple parts to explain each step of my diet change. Remember things don’t happen over night and that includes mindsets or diet changes.

This is my typical everyday breakfast. For every breakfast I try my best to have some kind of protein, grain/carb, fruit, and also a glass of water. This breakfast right here is as simple and easy as you can get in order to get all of those things.
