I’m a twenty something year old retired collegiate athlete, and a person who struggles with my body just like everyone else. I’m not a fitness expert or nutritionist, and I’ll never claim to be. However, I am someone who has found real things that work for me and want to continue exploring the fitness and health world to continue to help reach my goals, and to help other people find confidence in themselves. I know that not everyone is the same and that’s why I want to start this blog to help share my journey and to build a community of real people who live busy lives but have turned their health around for the better.
