HAPPY FRIDAY everybody!! I know every one is feeling drained from a hard week and ready for that weekend. I know for most people (including myself) Friday and/or Saturday is usually the cheat day. Yes I said cheat DAY and not cheat MEAL because if I’m truly sticking to my healthy eating and work out routine I definitely deserve a day to indulge a little bit.

*Tip: since I reserve a whole day to “cheat” I stick to smaller portions. I only reserve one real meal or dessert for a big indulgence.

Having this day is what keeps me sane and keeps my craving under control throughout the week. So go ahead and eat those fries and have that scoop of ice cream! You deserve to reward yourself, or if you’re a fan of Parks and Rec, “Treat yo self” 🙂
