Good morning everyone! I know we all feel that Monday drag, it’s just a little too hard to get out of bed in the morning, you have week of work ahead of you, and you have the post weekend blues. Remember to smile today, get some fresh air when you can, and keep your body moving! It’s insane how much doing these things can affect your mood for the better! If you still can’t seem to shake those Monday blues, try to have something to look forward to at the end of the day. Maybe you have a new PR you’re trying to reach, you’re trying a new yoga class, or maybe you have an awesome meal waiting for you for your dinner. Either way remember YOU GOT THIS. YOU ARE STRONG. YOU ARE AWESOME. AND YOU ARE GONNA MAKE THIS MONDAY, AND THIS WEEK, YOURS!
